This colorful and cheery plate is in the rarest of colors, yellow.  It features a fine sheet pattern In yellow with hand painted peacocks and Chinoiserie style birds amongst wild flowers in teal, blue, yellows, sienna, greens and pinks.  SO pretty!  This plate dates to about the 1930's and has a Gadroon edge. 

Measures 7 1/4” has a raised indentation so may have once held a compote or gravy bowl.

Condition: No chips or cracks, some crazing
